Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Maharani Wardrobe, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure every product is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. However, if you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please read our policy below.
1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Before Dispatch
You can request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped, whichever is earlier.
To cancel your order, contact us immediately at contact@maharaniwardrobe.Store with your Order ID.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You may still be eligible for return/refund after receiving the product (see Return & Refund section).
2. Return & Refund Policy
We offer returns only under specific conditions, since most products are made-to-order or require size-based customization.
Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 48 hours of delivery only if:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
You received a product with major sizing or quality issues that differ from the description.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene & customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Altered/stitched products
Customized size orders
Sarees with fall/pico
Accessories
Clearance sale items
Products damaged due to customer handling
Return Conditions
To approve your return, ensure:
The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
Tags, labels, original packaging, and bill are intact.
You provide unboxing video proof (mandatory).
3. Refund Process
Refund Approval
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
Refund Modes
Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method or store wallet, depending on your preference.
COD Orders: Refund will be issued to your bank account / UPI after return inspection.
Refund Time
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Bank/UPI processing times may vary.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only for:
Wrong size delivered
Wrong product delivered
Exchange is processed based on stock availability. If the required size/product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
5. Order Not Delivered / Lost Shipment
If your order is marked delivered but you haven’t received it:
Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update.
We will raise a ticket with the courier partner.
Resolution may take 7–10 working days.
If the shipment is confirmed lost, a full refund will be issued.
