2. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales made on our platform are final.

Please ensure that you carefully review your order details, product description, and specifications before completing your purchase.

3. Return Policy (Defective Items Only)

We only accept returns if the product you received is defective or damaged upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must record a full unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package and the defect upon opening.
  • The video must be uninterrupted and unedited, starting from the moment you open the sealed package.
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at fashion@maharaniwardrobe.com with the following:
  • Your order number
  • The unboxing video as described above
  • A brief explanation of the issue

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

4. No Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option.
All orders must be paid for online at the time of purchase via available secure payment gateways.
